If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. We cannot pay for delivery of returned items or accept items that are not in their original condition, damaged or have missing parts. Green and Blue recommend hanging birdball from a suitable position, as explained in “positioning birdball” and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a poorly secured birdball or an unsuitable choice of hanging location. This does not affect your statutory rights.
