Green&Blue are first partners to the 'Roost Partnership Scheme'

We are delighted to announce that Green&Blue are the first partners to sign up to the newly launched 'Roost Partnership Scheme' from the Bat Conservation Trust.

The new 'Roost' scheme aims to promote bat roost mitigation and enhancement and best practice throughout the built environment, working to share case studies, gather data, measure uptake, and to showcase exemplar work through the Roost awards.

We're excited to join the scheme, feeling it was the right and natural thing for us to do as a company. We're keen to create as much habitat for wildlife as possible within the built environment, but we're not experts in all species. To be able to work closely with those that are will ensure that we are designing appropriate products to suit the intended species, and that we are learning and measuring as much as we can around these products being installed and future uptake.

We believe that whilst none of us can save the world alone, by creating meaningful partnerships working towards the same goals, we can strive to make a bigger difference for our wildlife and for biodiversity.

Great news and well done!
We live near Weston and Worlebury Woods and have bats hunting in the evenings around our house. We have put up a bat box a couple of years ago, however, haven’t seen any takers yet………
Love your products.
All the best
