RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Green&Blue purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Green&Blue will not pay for delivery of returned items or accept items that are not in their original condition, damaged or have missing parts. Please note that items are your responsibility until they reach Green&Blue and you may, therefore, wish to choose a recorded delivery service. Please ensure products are well packaged for returns.

If you have purchased your product from a retailer please contact them in the first instance if you are not satisfied.
Green&Blue cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury occurring due to poor choice of location of your Birdball product. Please refer to our recommendations when positioning your Birdball.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
