Win a Father's day gift | For garden loving dads

Fancy treating the father in your life this Father's day? (That's June 21st, 2020 for anyone who's lost all track of days and dates!!)

We're delighted to bring you a little competition, just in time for this years' Father's Day.

How to enter.

Simply tell us, in the comments below, about why the garden-loving dad in your life deserves a treat. It could be your dad, your husband, brother, cousin, uncle, we want to know who and why you think they might deserve a little gift.

We'll be reading your comments and choosing a worthy winner to receive a Bee Brick solitary bee house from the Green&Blue range in plenty of time for this year's Father's day.

And if you fancy more ways to win then we're running the same competition on our Facebook page and our Instagram account, and in partnership with a few of our favourite accounts over on IG too, we'll be sharing details of those in our stories!

Phew, so many ways to win! Good luck, we can't wait to read your nominations.

My Dad deserves this, because he has turned his 5th floor balcony into a lovely small haven for insects and even birds (he had a blackbird nesting there the last couple of years :) )
he’d love to add another little habitat and welcome a few more bees

My sons Dad loves spending time with them in our garden, luckily there has been some digging to do recently so they’re all very happy with that!

My dad is amazing, he grows all his own veg and will plant flowers just for wildlife, he is so passionate about helping bees to thrive that he completely dug out half the garden to create the perfect little landing pads for them with open roses and colourful flowers with plenty of nectar for them! There’s always a buzz in the garden whenever I go over which is just amazing to see so I think this would be the most amazing present for him!! I just found you guys myself this morning and I cannot wait to show him!!

Thank you so much for being awesome :)))

My father retired last year after 50 years at sea and took to gardening as a hobby. He loves his garden and it has been lifesaver during the lockdown, he lives 2hrs away from us and not seeing him has been hard but video calls, with my dad showing off his pride in his flowers, veg and green house have been a real joy to see. Would love to send him a unique gift for his garden x

My husband has spent a lot of time and effort (think using a jack hammer for 2 solid days to destroy feet deep concrete) getting our garden in shape so that the children can enjoy and play in it. We love getting the birds in our garden and have lots of flowering bushes for the bees but you can never have too many and this would be a great addition!
